     "An Act relating to the prescription and use of pharmaceutical                                                             
     agents, including controlled substances, by optometrists."                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration:                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(L&C)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to the prescription and use of pharmaceutical
